search for remei's post in the tech section. it has another spot to download. be aware it is in german and the file is german and will cause some load screens to be german but game works ok

well it gets me a lot further, it is a little tricky figuring out how to download the file when you don't read german though. it did lock up on laod creen and part of screen is in german but it tried...

the client subfolder gets created after you push the play now, but it didn't create the client.swf file and the folder structure looks similar to the sets of folders one level up

well just tried it in edge instead of firefox, same client could not be updated. win 10 ubisoft login. no responce from support ticket of 8 hrs ago

well tried with a non admin account and got the same can't update client so sent off support ticket, expect a resolution about 1 year after I die. really looks like close to 7 years down the tubes

why not install as admin? only user and am always admin. gonna try and make a different account and see but this is bogus

same problem here as SP. really glad firefox is now "faster, better"

problems for sure, sometimes just locks during loading as above, sometimes can get a message about file load failed. tried 2 different computers and both firefox and edge

same, network monitor shows zero traffic

definitly taking a BL. hope they fix it.
