There are a few things you can do to fix this situation.
1: Before logging into the game try clearing your cookie and cache files from the web browser you are using....
To have your email address changed please contact the Ubisoft Support team here: http://support.ubi.com
They are more then happy to assist with any account changes that need to be made.
