Incorrect, Ctrl R and F5 are different....F5 is refresh, Ctrl R will repull data...is why Ctrl R should fix it...does for me when it happens. Did you do it from the home screen before click the play...

ctrl r will fix it...if not, go back to the homepage, ctrl R, then play now, and ctrl R again
