I honestly think that mines should not count towards your building limit. I think that's lame since it takes more time for the server to account for a mine that has run out then when you catch it...

Servers are lagging bad. They have been for 2 hours now. Having issues with chat spamming and locking, building queues not loading, trades taking forever, mail system not sending or receiving.
