Refreshing the page worked.

The one and only available quest is the tutorial one. No other quests are showing in my quest log.

I am on the Tutorial Quest which is asking me to build One Simple Residence. The Simple Residence requires Player Level 5 (five).

I did all quests until this one and I am still Player Level 4. ...
