I know about the delay and thought maybe that was it but they are just gone! I even relogged, but they didn't buff nor do I have them in my star menu.

I know this may seem minor, but it doesn't look well to others when swapping buffs...my baskets disappear. I will click on the building to buff and it doesn't get buffed nor does it remain in my star...
