Stuck at lvl 14,have quest to build tavern but cannot build tavern till lvl 15 ..has been like this for 2 weeks cannot get any xp to lvl ...pls help or reset this account so i can start over......

cannot build tavern for quest stuck @lvl and have the mats to build
