I got in and played about 5 mins of it and then it had to refresh and kicked me back to the homepage. It refreshed on me 4 times now, I have cleared my cookies and cache, can someone help me please...

I have cleared my cookies and cache and it will load but it says "server call failed", I haven't even begun to play this game yet. Is there any other suggestions?
