Grout Tribute from event not displaying any output

The Grout Tribute from the event is not displaying any output as per the EO. The EO is also not reflecting its current buff, though the buff is reflected on the on the tribute's info page when clicked.

This was also reported in global chat from 2 other people, one of which was monitoring the output as reflected in storage totals and stated that there was not output
