technical issues with quests

problem with quests not unlocking after all the criteria for those quests have been met. I am also not getting some daily quests that others are. This makes the game somewhat frustrating as there is not much to do since new ones don't open.

I'm having the same issue, though I haven't looked into differences in the daily quests.

Are you referring to quests that have to be completed at a certain level. I was past level 29 when the new quests were created and there is a trading quest that has a sub quest that can only be completed at level 29. I'm locked out of completing it as I am already past that level. Now what?

I am having an issue with this as well.
Iam lvl 21 and I keep getting a new quest alert for the "first buff" quest but there is no new quest. I have surpassed the requirements to unlock the third sub-quest but it will not unlock.
