Missing gems delivery
I'm not sure for how long your support tickets have been malfunctioning, but I started a ticket several months ago about some gems that I paid for but never received.
I recieved mail that you had received my ticket, and to send you the details about it, which I then did.
When I asked about the progress of my ticket, I found out that it had been closed without anyone had been telling me about it.
I tried several times to get the ticket reopened, but again I never heard a word from your ticket support. Is this the way your ticket support functions, that you simply ignore your paying customers, or is it something you would like to change?

We are currently having issue with the support tool and we are not receiving any tickets as a result.
