    barracks buff

    any chance we can get a barrcks buff for PH maybe something that need beans or granite to build so we can get it back up to good trading levels

    Now that we have all these new generals, the savings are nice and I can in theory run a lot more adventures, but I'm not sure I want to fully take advantage of it with the current state of elite barracks.
