Unable to enter into friends Island

For some reason I can't enter my friends island. We agreed to exchange a stack of baskets, she fed mine settlers, and then I couldn't enter into her island, so now her settlers are starving because of me, I can't live with that...

We play on Ares server.

I have plenty of RAM memory free so it's not my problem, I've tried entering with Mozilla Firefox and with Google Chrome as well - same problem. It gets stuck while loading map. And it loads for very long, I gave it 10 minutes once and nothing, still loading. She said that I'm not the first person who was unable to enter there. Please look into it.

See if they are cooking anything in either their PH house or Barracks. As far as I know (could be fixed), it is a current bug for some reason. Best to wait til those are empty before visiting them.

If they have troops training that you are not high enough level to make, it will do that.
