Task 1: Was L15 when I beat the first bandit camp... although it took two tries, since my general attacked the tougher bandit camp rather than the super-easy one and got wiped out the first time.

Task 3: L16 (and a half) with 8 bowmen and 10 recruits.

I am level 16, been that way for about 8 hours of play. Currently have four recruits and four bowmen. I've killed off 9-10 of my recruits attacking bandit camps.
