Are these ratios overall building count, or per sector?

the farm to field ratio i keep seein people talk about isnt actually a ratio that is gonna be th same for evry1. th number of fields u need depends on how ofter u are online to replace the depleted ones. i personally currently have 11 lvl3 farms and 8 medium fields all clustered in front of my mayors house, and i only have to replace a maximum of 4 fields the 2 times i log on a day

Have the wood chain ratios changes. Cause there have been no changes to my wood chains and I had no problems for a while. But now I am having out of resource problems on logs. (Both Firwood and Hardwood)

You need foresters to rebuild trees that your cutters have cut down. That has nothing to do with sawmills or cokers. However, that's probably not the question you meant, so the next answer is ...

Probably. It depends on how many sawmills & cokers you have, and their levels. If you build 3 foresters and 2 cutters, you can run 2 cokers and 2 sawmills and things should roughly balance out. Much would depend on the actual production times for each building.

To maximize your fir wood plank and coal production, you'd want a 3/2/4 chain for planks, and a 3/2/2 chain for cokers.
