I had 1 license left out of 75. So, I decided to build a forester, right after I clicked build, it used up the building license and bam! no building showed up!

I have experienced this as well. (Bump)
I had the issue where I use my last license, tear down a building and get a license back, but when I go to build with that newly acquired license it says I have hit my limit still. But when I get a second license back it goes back to working fine.
And just now went to build on a deposit with last license and on completion the mine disappeared.

my building license went from 25 to 75 all day yesterday, but it stopped today
Some times I would log on knowing I have no more license to build, but the game says I have full 75 still left.
I went to buld something the other day and changed my mind prior to the building actually starting.
After I order the build my license's dropped by 1,
After canceling the build they remained the same.
I ordered a new building and again license's dropped by 1.
However I noticed a while later that my license's had upped by 1.
I belive that some of these issues are right now being caused by latency
It's not a bug.... It's a feature!
I have 3 building licenses, and when i go to make a building they all disappear.
