Hmm, I was sitting at 32 Licenses and I believe once I killed a Bandit camp, it reset to 75.
Not sure of circumstance that lead to it... Will try and repeat.

After placing a few buildings, I have noticed that my Licenses have dropped down to 29.

I have seen this a couple times also, but I am unable to determine the exact circumstances that led to the error.
Happens randomly. It happened to me when visiting another player. Also it says I have 1 license left and tells me I can't build anything
I have had and I am currently experiencing the same as Sphinx. I have also had this happen after I bombed to properties, they count down, and I still am advised that I have no building licenses.
This problem happened to me today, as well. It was briefly 75/75 (available/total) before reverting back to the actual amount. No idea what caused it.
The 75/75 is a display bug that happens when another person comes to visit your area. It should go back to normal once they leave your area, but that seems to be bugged as well and showing that they're still looking at your place long after they're gone. Re-logging is the best best way to fix this mess.

On hiatus from the game currently.
This is almost the end of August, and the building bug mentioned in July is still there. I had 2 building licenses, and built one building. In attempting to build a second building, the system won't let me. I tried logging out and logging in again to see if I could build my one building that the system said I had a license for, and I still cannot build the building.
Lost another build Lic. Went on line, had 3 BLs. Needed to build 2 copper mines. Started first one, bls went to 2. So so far good. Then tried to start 2nd one. building Lic went to 1 but mine never started. Meanwhile lost an Iron mine. Bls to 2. Started Iron mine. Bls to 1 and mine built. Now at 1 BL.
This is the second time I have lost a BL. Is this a secret plot to get me to buy gems to repace the lost BLS?

I had a building license problem today- my counter said I had one license, when I think I should have had zero (built two mines with two licenses showing). I built a brewery, but was unable to upgrade it so I relogged. When I came back I had zero licenses and no new brewery, and I am not sure if I was refunded the building materials.
