Is there a way to completely remove trees for building? On my first land I want to clear all trees to build on it, and harvest trees on other areas.

Only thing I can think of is build lumberjacks but no foresters...
when you cut down the trees to zero it is still there and leaves a stump, and you cant build there. agh!
It would be nice if you could indicate which tree you want to chop down, and for the forester where to plant new trees. Have the trees removed when they reach zero so more buildings can be placed.
I don't think there's a way to permanently clear the spot. You're locked into the open areas that are there. Just like how you have to build around mountains.
I agree that it'd be nice to be able to redirect (or replant) trees, but I suspect the game doesn't want to track that many variables.
I made a bunch of woodcutters but didnt make foresters to even it out. I logged in the next morning and I had huge sections of stumps. I could not build there and was sad
I made even more foresters and they are growing back nicely. (foresters DO grow trees from stumps if you are wondering)
does the deposit of 5 tree (originally) will increase to 25 if we build forester?
Actually it should work as any of the settles series games. So....The trees should grow up little by little. The problem is: there is not the option that let us tell the forester where to focus its plantation job. THat would be very wise and would be a great function if matched with the disappearence of the stump in order to let us to shape the landscape.
Is there a optimum forester to cutter ratio?
