    Using Arrow keys while typing in chat

    when you are active in the chat window (like if you just clicked on 'type here to chat') if you click one of the direction/arrow key, the screen will scroll in that direction, but not stop scrolling when you release the arrow key. to stop the scrolling, you have to left click (anywhere).
    xp - ie8 and firefox

    bug is common to Win7 and Chrome as well.
