Bug: General attacks the wrong bandit camps
This has happened to me twice so far.
Lets say that "X1" is bandit camp one, and "X2" is bandit camp two and "G" is my general and his units. The "-" represents land in between.
"G" -------- "X1" -------------"X2"
Any time I choose the "X2" bandit camp, my general will only attack the nearest bandit camp when I would like him to bypass it and just attack the camp I selected.
It's very frustrating.

general attacks wrong camp
I'll second this issue the first time i went to attack someone my general too went after the closest which was much harder and ended up killing all my men

If you click on the bandit camps, you can see a colored "patrol area" around them. If your general passes through that guarded area, the camp will attack him.
Edit: I wouldnt say this a bug exactly, just an annoying feature (at least early on).

my general also went after the closest bandit camp as well. and the camp wasn't even in a cleared/explored sector. I didn't even know it was there until my general attacked and I was wondering where my general was going.

I have had this happen to me also (1 time so far). Happened to me just like Davey. I don't think it was near the red/patrol area (i could be wrong on that, cant remember).
Is there a way to control how your General/Army gets to there destination? Maybe a way to set your own path for them to bypass any nearby camps?

There actually is a way to control them around the camps.
edit: nevermind, it was something else
