Mayor's House Upgrade

What does upgrading the Mayor's House do?
It costs 800 Hardwood planks and 400 Marble blocks.
It must give more than storage since upgrading a Storehouse only costs 100 HW and 120 Marble.

Upgrading provides more storage space.

Settler replenishment rate is affected by the types of buffs you use. For example the love potion will increase your replenishment rate at about 200% speed.

You get a fancier looking house and an increase of 1600 storage space. The increase is quite high, and its cheaper to add more store houses and upgrade them for increased space that will be sufficient until you reach higher levels.
