sometimes trees with no wood left on them are still standing. i sometimes get this and sometimes dont. I dont know what causes it so cant help on that front.

When you say standing, do you mean there are visibly trees there instead of stumps?
It might be that there are hardwood trees there mixed in, so they would still be standing even when the fir trees are at zero.
I believe it is because trees can be replinished (regrown) by foresters, allowing you to gather from those spots again.
Are you sure they are not hardwood trees you are looking at?
trying to figgure out how to find out how much wood is still available in each log icon... I click on the foresters or cutters and can see all the logs.. but I cnat figure out how to find out how much is still available...
It was showing numbers before just not sure if i'm forgetting something... thanks for the help..

On hiatus from the game currently.
I know we can't build in areas with stumps. How come some of my roads have stumps right in the middle of them?
