    1. Economic overview window- So you can see how many each building you have and what your overall production times are.

    2. A list of all you previous trades- It would be nice to know who I traded with and what the trade was exactly.

    3. Be able to pack up and move the buildings around- Perhaps it will cost some tools and other resources to do, but it should still be cheaper than tearing down and rebuilding.

    1. Moveable buildings
    2. A better way to analyze finances. Be able to see where a production chain is weak.
    3. More reasons to include my friends.

    1. It seems weird that when I attack the bandits I take a turn and kill them all and then they take a turn and hurt me back. It feels like they're somehow attacking me even though they're dead.

    2. It's hard to tell when your mines have run out or where they are - lots of zooming around looking for them.

You're not thinking of it quite right. It's not they I have a turn and then they have a turn, it's both of you attack at the same time, take your damage, and then go to the next turn. The replays may make it seem like in every battle you fight and then they fight, but in reality you're both fighting at the same time.
When life gives you lemons? Don't make lemonade! Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your **** lemons! What am I supposed to do with these!
On hiatus from the game currently.

    1. Give me a Resource Overview Window! Tell me how many Surplus/Deficit I have in each resource, so I can correct the problem immediately. I do not want to spend 2 hours in a external program typing in all my buildings and their times to find this information out. Nor do I want to keep checking my Storehouse every hour to see what is surplus/deficit.

    2. More resources for each node. Copper, Iron etc. Each one should have some more resources in them. As it stands, if you have to go to work, come home, make dinner for the family, then put your kids to bed, everything is gone by the time you get back. The deep wells and big farms is a good step forward to this one.

    3. Do not make mines take building licenses. These are something that you always will have, and always have to keep rebuilding. If I have x amount of licenses tied up in mines, thats x many less buildings I can build for production, and the mines are a requirement to make the production, so I have no choice.

    1. A way to start your game over if you screw your city up really badly.

    2. World map and a window on it to show the area you are curently working in or looking at. Being able to zoom in and out with the map.

    3. I like the idea of a grid to see where you are able to put things and not be able to put them.

    1) Different maps for different players or starts (randomly generated maps)
    2) Random events to throw a curve ball into your carefully planned community.
    3) Other "project" paths: similar to #2, I feel the game needs different ways to break up the singular focus of the "military-industrial complex". I enjoy puttering with my little town, but I became discouraged when it dawned on me that the entire focus of ALL this activity was to build little armies that beat up on little huts (with adventures appearing to be just bigger huts). Breaking that focus, or providing different paths for your economic activity, would offer the player the feeling that are controlling their own destiny.

    1. Movers - even if it was where you had to make a giant cart to move it via the Provision House. Say 50 HW and 10 Iron Bars per 5 moves. This makes it so people CAN do it, just requires them to invest some resources into it. Moving level 1 buildings isn't too bad, but once you upgrade and get to advanced building, it starts to hurt if you want to redecorate your kingdom.

    2. Sitter Mode - let's say you're going on vacation, allow players to designate someone to take care of it, possibly disabling trades and a few other features to prevent abuse.

    3. PvP - Once you conquere your area allow us to start to find other players. Maybe require a War Room building so players that wish to opt out can.

    1. Tablet Support. This would require grid settings as described by others and the ability to get information on items seeing how tablets can't mouse over the items.
Support webOs and Android based tablets with flash. Sorry folks, iPad does not support flash

    2. Create you own avatar

    3. More quests.
