    here are few of my suggestions

    1. TRADE SYSTEM COMPLETE OVERHAUL
    you need to be able to post 20k ressources, and people to come and serve themselves for as much as they need
    example: player 1 buys 5k of the 20k .. player 2 buys 250, player 3 buys the rest.

    2. immediate chat moderation
    otherwise the game will be rated PG99+
    (have u seen the racism, sexism and all other -ism in the chat ?)

    3. you NEED to make the guilds be able to interact.
    you should create a HARD adventure that can allow as many guild members in as they wish.

    4. you definitely need more buildings dropped from adventures.

    5. you need a BUFF-STONE (bought AND giftable with gems)
    where the player assigns 25-50 buildings and when someone wants to buff them, the buffs are just randomly "thrown at" one of the 25 buildings.
    the buff stone could also "warehouse" 25 buffs.

    6. you need to take care of the tree stumps.
    many have requested it.

    7. you need to rebalance the battle system.

    8. you need a HOSPITAL.
    if the general won the battle, 80% of the lost troops, should go to hospital.

    also, enemy troops should be allowed to join you.


    in essecne you need
    A. a more team oriented game play
    B. a moderated and bug-free play
    C. EASIER battle.

    Trade window reworked-----i would prefer to see a simple system where you post an amount of resource to be traded which is subtracted from your warehouse and stored in the "market" for 24hrs, you would post what resource you want in return and what the ratio is (i.e. i want to trade 10x for 4y, or i want to trade 3x for 2y). I would like to be able to post 3-5 of these trades at a time, and if i sell all of a posted trade resource off, i get that trade "offer" space back to use for another trade

    PVP----this game right now is good but nothing to keep me playing if i were to go looking for a different browser to play, i'm sticking around hoping to see the reworks of the major issues that are said to be upcoming, and pvp would probably keep me hooked for at least another 6-12months if done right (might also send me away if done wrong so don't rush a poor product out), lots of suggestions out there on PVP so dev's can decide how they want that to look

    Game Mechanics reworked-----leveling, upgrading, and battle system are all very stifling, look at World of Warcraft and how many people love to keep playing at the "top" level, right now it would take close to 400hrs of play to get to the top level with all buildings upgraded and that's pretty ridiculous for a game that i only have 20min worth of game interaction a day with

    I have only been playing for a short time so have only seen the first parts of most things

    1. Add a Income per hour feature that shows overall how much of a item will change in a hour, with a column for base amounts and then current to show where your buffs are and their bonus

    2. Ability to build over stumps ( could take time to remove stumps to be able to build) and to be able to assign the tree planter new areas to plant trees( maybe natural growth trees take less time to replant than spot placed trees to replant or such. Maybe needing a certain amount of time before they become "natural" growth forests.)

    3. Make it much clearer to new players that to gather goods your worker will travel from the Mayors house or storehouse, to their workshop, and then to the deposit. That way new players will have a better understanding of what good building placement is.

    I know you only wanted 3 but here are some more

    4. A buff timer to show how much longer a certain buff will last

    5. Ability to cancel the creation of Provision House items, would assume either stops making at what it has, or looses a amount of the goods that are finished

    6. Shouldn't trees and fish populations slowly regenerate if they aren't being harvested?

    7. Allow multiple windows to be open and moved around so people can monitor multiple things at the same time, or allow the top bar to be expanded to include more items of interest to the player as at certain times certain resources are more important than others.

    8.More change to the different resource buildings instead of just the sign on the front of it. I know it is a big hassle for such a small thing, but it is nice to see something different when you build a new building, and if you have a bronze smelter beside a iron smelter they can be easy to not see the sign if you aren't zoomed in enough.

    9. Show the resources at further zooms, and change the way they are shown as resources close together can block the amount of others and make it difficult to decide whether or not to place a harvesting station nearby.

    10. Better building placement view. When you move your generals camp the map turns green to where you can place it, but when you go to place a normal building you have to hover around until you find a spot that fits it all. It would be nice if it showed all available places or showed exactly what part(s) of the building could not be placed. This would help a lot for getting buildings placed nicely without having one building slightly out of place throwing all your buildings out of place.

    1.] Increase the Build Queue - 3 queues when you are rebuilding wheat fields, water wells gets boring
    2.] Grouping of Scouts, Geologists - instead of clicking on 10 scouts/geologists at one at a time, simply provide "send all available geologists to look for marble" option

    Nothing else you're working on matters. Don't care about new functionality, don't care about getting anything back that was lost today, don't care about getting any rewards for this latest event. None of that matters because if you continue to allow the game to be unplayable for vast periods of time like this, no one will be here to see your new features, use the stuff you gave back, or appreciate the rewards for the issues.

    Seriously. I have lost buffs three times today. I refuse to send another ticket. I have searched for the same 3 copper deposits and build thoe same mines 3 times. I'm turning the whole thing off for the night. I don't want to do anything gem related on the off chance I lose those too. Just disgraceful, in my opinion.

    I agree having the ability to move a shop would be great rather then deleting and recreating.
