    Suggestion: Settler Immigration Time

How about the settler immigration time gets a tweak...

Here's what I'm thinking. What if the rate of immigration was based on how much free room your population had? The more room the faster the next settler would come. I'm thinking that this way you can get some benefit to building more residences asap but over the long haul the average would be close to what the rate is now.

    Thoughts?

Yup, or after a fight, settlers could faster come because they saw how awesome you were, making it easier to rebuild an army.

But what if you lose the fight? Should the rate be slower? Then you will be without a army for too long.

15 minutes for a new settler is fine. You want more settlers faster? Use bread and the provisions house to bring in 25 bandits.

If you make the settlers arrive faster, you weaken the value of bread, and flour.

I think that waiting for settlers to arrive should be painfully slow. The creation of armies has historically been an expensive course of action. If an entire army is wiped out, then recruiting and training another one shouldn't be instantaneous.
