Can't log in

Hello all,

I have loggd in with two of my laptops just fine, but this one wont log in, it gets stuck at the log in screen. I can log in just fine to post here, but as soon as I click on the castle empire icon to play I get logged out and can't log into the game. The only difference between this pc and the other ones that i can tell is this one has been updated to E9 and the others have not. any help with this would be much appreciated.

OK first try clearing your cookies and cache from your internet history. if that still does not fix the problem check your browser to make sure that it is updated to the latest version. Finally if all else fails try another web browser we seem to have most success on Firefox at this moment. I hope this helps you.

Thanks for the help BB, I tried clearing cookies and cache from my history made sure the browser was up to date, still no go. I tried with Firefox and when I try to log in it just goes back to the home screen and says that i'm not logged in. I guess it does not like this PC, lol.
