Disappearing Fir Wood Sawmill

After reaching level 17 I had torn down two of my fir wood sawmills thinking that I would replace them with hardwood sawmills. Being maxed out on fir wood planks I felt the two fir wood saw mills I had were enough to support the work load. After building a few new level 17 buildings I figured I'd increase my output of fir wood planks by building the two fir wood sawmills again. After about six attempts to build and the build disappearing or when moving up in my queue and disappearing I think there may be a bug. I've been bumped out due to what was indicated as a no response from server, I've closed and restarted my browser, I've just placed the building and waited in which the build disappeared, and I've also cleared my cache and cookies from my browser.

About two hours later, I've been able to create said sawmill although I ended up getting a server error dc'd to the server and had to log back in. Mine made and I was successful in moving it up in the queue.
