Sometimes when there's a resource shortage and then the shortage is over, the manufacturing buildings that use that resource stay with an exclamation mark over them.

Clicking on the building shows that there is no resource shortage because none of the resources are highlighted in red.

Stopping and starting the manufacturing building clears the exclamation mark, but it makes me worry that when I'm not logged in the buildings aren't making things they could be.
