    Increase number of settlers did not work.

    I tried to add more settlers to the mayor's house, and it said that I had to level up my storehouse to do that. I increased the level of my storehouse and it increased the other items, but not the number of settlers allowed.

    That's probably a translation bug. In order to be able to get more settlers, you'll first need to increase your population cap by building residences.

    try adding more residence so you population has places to live then adding more settlers

    Thanks ... adding more residences worked. They need to fix the bug that said storehouses instead of residents. This occurred when I used the Star Menu on the Mayor's house to add 4 residents.

    You add settlers you get in your star menu into your mayor's house, but it won't work if your working+idle settler count is at your population cap. That's when you have to add residences.
