Infinite wells and dissapearing mail

Issue 1:
I have a level 1 well that's sitting at 45 buckets left for 2 days now. Everything else about it is working properly but when a new bucket gets added to the storehouse, it's not subtracted from the remaining amount.

Issue 2:
I accepted a trade offer and got it in my mail. I didn't have room for the resources at the time so I let it sit in my mail (I think it has been there for about 1-2 days). This morning when I logged in, it was not there anymore.

I also have an infinite well. I thought that perhaps an upgrade might "pop" it out of that state, but it doesn't seem to fix it. I have so many other wells, and buildings that require water, that I have no idea if I'm actually getting water from it or not. But I've since upgraded it to level 3 (and moving up to level 4) and see no signs of water level reducing from 1000.

My experience is that trade offer mails last 24 hours.
