Yes, you will need to submit a ticket. The router has the same IP to the rest of the world and that's what UBI will see.

me, my hubby, my brother, my son, 2 sons-in-law, 3 daughters, 2 step children and 2 then nephews that come over to play on my computer. now if we all want to play. Currently its just me and my brother. but i know at least 7 of the others want to play.. i wont let them because i dont want to get banned.... and how does this work if someone is playing from oh say.. the library.. or in a wifi hot spot where lord only kows how many people could be using the same IP addy?? I am SO confused. I like the game and feel bad that i cant play it with my kids... we do things like this for fun family time.... Someone please tell me what to do..............

Do accounts actually ever get banned? There is a player who is playing 3 to 5 accounts routinely, I always see the names in the trade tab and often they are offering the exact same trades but they are still ok. I don't think this policy is being enforced so I wouldn't worry about it so much.

This is in effect in many other games and it's fair that they have this system to prevent other players from disadvantage. I sometimes login at my college library, I hope that won't affect my account.

Me and my mother play from the same IP, it was approved so no worries there. I have logged on on other PC's elsewhere and so far hasnt affected my account at all. I have logged on at friends houses, the apple store, best buy, the library.... all sorts of places

I have a different issue (as noted in the big report forum), I started the game from work, via FB, but I can't access it from home. Am I allowed only 1 IP address per account? Logging in 7 days in a row for the rewards is impossible unless I go into the office on weekends! How can this be fixed?

I have logged on with no issues on two different laptops off of my WiFi, my Air Card and many different Hotel WiFi's and have had no issues. I do log in through Facebook, just the CEO Homepage.

too much reason either their wife,brother,dogs,cats is also playing this game with the same ip.they should get banned from the game zero tolerance for cheater
