[UBI Official] Do you get timed out while active?

Happens regularly to me, probably 3-5 times a day.

Everytime I've seen it happen I've had "Server call failed" pop up in the top left notification area. The game continues running in the background (chat goes in the chatbox, new notifications will pop up like normal), you just can't actually do anything since it has that dark overlay with the dialog box. It seems like it's trying to fetch a notification or otherwise communicate with the server, is failing, and then because it failed (and thus us potentially out of sync?) it times you out.

I was wondering if you have ever gotten timed out while active. By active, I mean actively playing the game. Active is NOT having the browser opened in the background. If you have, how often does this occur?

it seems to time you out every couple hours whether your active or not. The other day i spent the whole day on here doing stuff and i got timed out 4-5 times while i was actively playing. I was either chatting, clicking buildings or doing something and it would just pop up right in the middle of whatever i was doing. Been meaning to post about this and just kept forgetting. Glad you are aware because it is the most frustrating thing cause then i have to click back and wait for the whole game to load again. And danged if it doesnt always happen at the most inconvenient times. Posting a trade or buffing, or right after i see a whisper come in then Boom, out of the game and of course they are gone on reload. I don't think activity stops it at all.

I get the dreaded "Timed-Out" at least once an hour. This and the chat-spam delay thingy, is most irritating part of playing.

It happens to me about every 2 hours but thats active too as when I'm logged in I don't have it in the background or leave it unattended for more than 5 minutes typically.

Yes, it happens to me frequently:

While chatting
While whispering
While building
While my general is attacking

Generally it is about every 2 hours no matter what I am doing.
I do, however, often have the forum open in another tab. I don't know if that triggers an idle flag

(also noticed that the time stamp here does not match the game server)(Times listed are game server times)
(Continued this way for the rest of the evening, finally gave up and did something else)

I have never been timed out / disconnected. But i also only come on for about an hour at a time a couple times a day.

I've found that if I have the provision house open as something completes, I get 'timed out'

My impression is that you're auto logged off regardless of how active you are... It seems about two hours and then I'm kicked whether I'm busy doing something or not.
