[UBI Official] Do you get timed out while active?

Just got booted while buff two different friends so neither got all their intended buffs, their loss oh well. because I was too lazy to log back on to them

I can understand timing a player out if they are idle for 30 minutes, but not while active and playing. I was in the middle of a battle and I was timed out. I would say this must be a bug!

I made the original post the first time it happened.

Since then I have had times of staying logged in , while playing, for hours with no issue.
I have also been logged off literally in the midst of moving the mouse around.
Its a regular occurrence, though I can see no rhyme or reason.

Been timed out only a couple of times. Screen in foreground. But I hadn't done anything for maybe 15 minutes. Was waiting for my Geo to find an iron deposit.

Is this problem going to be fixed? I am getting timed out at times right in the middle of mail or in whisper, I am even getting timed out 20-30 minutes after logging on.

It happens 4 to 6 times a day. Quite often within a few minutes right after I have opened the website and logged in. Just now it said it had a "server call failure" within the first two minutes of new play. I hadn't even had the browser open or logged in for about two hours before that.

I've noticed that everytime that I time out, there is also an error displayed in the upper left indicating that a server call failed.

I didn't see any errors being logged, but I'm sure I could get an actual error log using some debug tools if it is needed.

I am constantly timed out, usually every 2 hours or so and this is while active. The ones I really hate are the ones where you time out just after launching an attack, especially if you're watching closely due to possible aggro camps. It can get very costly in a blink of an eye. I have logged in, loaded, and then timed out 5 minutes later as well and its happened a few times. So its not just a timed event but also randomly occurring.
