I find it very hard to be a happy camper when this log off thing keeps happening. I just got kicked in the middle of a battle. (which I lost to Chuck et al. - again) This whole thing is very inconsistant. Sometimes only 10-15 minutes after log on. Other times goes for 2 hours or more. Frankly it is driving me a little crazy. I sure hope you can get it fixed quickly.
It happens during active play.
It has also happened on several occasions within the first few minutes of logging on and starting to play.

This happens quite frequently.
Lately, it seems to occur shortly after becoming active again after having left the game sitting in the background for a long time. That is, I'll come back to the game to find that I had not been logged out when I thought I should have. But then, shortly after starting to actively play again, it will log me out.
Yup, I get this too.
I notice this same thing. I also have noticed that when i am typing too fast and don't wait 5 seconds i will frequently time out. Another time that seems pretty frequent is when destroying depleted fields and wells. While it seems somewhat unpredictable i do find a slight pattern in these circumstances.
Happens to me all the time everytime I play, whether I'm just sitting watching or interfaceing with the program.
