[UBI Official] Do you get timed out while active?

It does happen quite often, it is quite frustrating in fact. Sometimes within minutes of logging in it will log out. I am hoping that there will be some fix for this.

I get timed out continually; whether actively playing or just sitting watching the wheat grow.
To make it worse, now we have to to input more to get back in.
I love the game, but this timing out thing... is getting old.

To me the most annoying thing is that you have enter username and password again - unless someone knows how to solve that ?

We are still looking into this problem. I am sorry this bug is taking so long to troubleshoot. Hopefully we can get it fixed soon.

Today i decided to time my timeouts with a stop watch on my comp. I timed out every 3hrs on the dot, no matter if i was actively trading, talking, or sitting watching chat as i idle. Each time CEO tab was in the foreground and on the screen.
