General led men to the wrong Bandit camp

    Hi!

Love the game, and forgive me if this has already been addressed, but my first General led the army to the wrong bandit camp and was defeated.
Pathfinding for the Stone masons is a little confused.

    Thanks!

If a general enters the red zone of an enemy camp before it enters the red zone of the camp you sent it to, it will fight the other camp first.

This bug should be fixed! The game designers should be able to calculate he correct track for the general to follow.

It's not a bug. Watch which path your general takes.

I can see the path that the general takes, but how do I change it if I don't like it. Most strategy games have waypoints for their soldiers.

In CE, your general will always attack the nearest camp. The only way to change that is to retreat and to review the red territory borders that appear when you click on a camp, and then decide a better order of attack (which is pretty much predetermined by the constraints of the game). You can skip camps, if you can make it around their borders, and then attack a Leader camp directly. This will garner you all the XPs of the entire sector, but you will not gain the loot from the individual camps.

Beware camps whose territory significantly overlaps with others', as you can find yourself in the position of your general having to fight both camps.

You move your garrison with the Transfer action to a different location so a different path is taken.
