play page white

when i click on play it goes to the page but it won't load i tried opera and it works to load the game but only a fraction
the actual game does not load with safari i have had this issue before i would come back later and it would work maybe because of server maintenance please fix this so that the game loads if no game or server work is needed

Have you tried clearing the browser cache?

i doubt it would have fixed the issue but i can get to the game now
what i know about the problem is that it most likely is not browser related i have tried chrome, it worked to load the game but the only graphics that came up where the sector border markings of blue and red
for a short time i could not even login had to reset my password and reactivate the link from the email

i was about to use a buff from a treasure and the page reloaded to the white page and once again when i click on play it goes to the white page with no loading graphic so this leads me to believe even more that it has nothing to do with the browser or cache but with the game server instead please have someone look into this and fix this issue as it delays a player from getting to the game at critical points and further testing
each time this happens the testing can not be done and the beta needs to continue that much longer

Try clearing your cookies and cache from your internet history and check your browser to make sure that it is updated to the latest version.

You can also try another web browser. We seem to have most success on Firefox at this moment.

like i said before i tried chrome which had more problems
the issue if the white page resolves itself after a waiting period and i have not cleared my cookies or cache
also i am not in the position to clear them since other webpages and tabs depend on them
