how is the bounty divided? split into how many person join in adv. ? or each got the same amount?

mm, it plays a role, but if you do the coop missions solo, which is possible to an extent, you end can end up with the same rewards upon completion in value and exp if you had done them coop.

You dont need gems your explorer can try to find them for 10 coins and 50 sausage.
