Is there a way to replenish your mines or do i need to keep tearin them down?
This is a great guide, but i think you should have a picture for every level.
Wells do use a settler - who do you think that is carting the water back & forth to your storehouse?2) Mayor's House, wells, fields & residences do NOT use up settlers. There are one or two others that don't count as well, but I haven't been able to determine which ones they are.
Barracks, Provision House, Branch Office, Tavern and residences don't use settlers. They do use building licenses, (unless you bought them with gems - Noble Residence & Branch Office fall into this category).
