Just wanted to put a post here for other gamers if they are having the same problem I was loading the game because I was finally able to solve it.
I was having trouble loading the game on every browser on one PC. Other PCs worked fine. The game would load and then the progress bar would get to 100% and sit there. It was very frustrating to say the least.

I cleared the cache and cookies from all my browsers. I uninstalled and installed both Chrome and Firefox. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Flash player. (Chrome's flash player is baked in, so the reinstall of the browser finished that part for me.)

Finally, I logged into my PC as another account to test the game and it worked fine. So, it had to be something with my accounts local settings. After a million years (not literally) of searching, I found this folder: %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Adobe\Flash Player\Asset Cache. I ended up deleting the whole "Flash Player" folder and logging out with my 2nd account, and back in with my first account. And finally, that worked!

I didn't see anyone else on the forums posting about this problem, so I wanted to put a post with the problem in the solution up. Hopefully this will help someone else who is having the same problem as I was...
