trade decline - Unable to return resources because the resources would go over my max

while doing a trade to give 400 water for fir wood, the water was taken out of my resources, but while waiting for the trade to comple my water increased. So, the person who submitted the trade declined the transaction, the 400 water could not be added back to my resources. So, I keep getting trade decline mail even when I accept the decline, it does not complete.

Try to increase your storage beyond 400 and accepting the trade.
