    This is an awesome game but it needs some modifications such as users battle, conquering other islands which will make this game more advanced

    I would like a feature that allows me to send all needed troops to adventure all in one shot...and not having to spend all that time shipping them over...plus when adventure is done I would like to know how many troops are coming home both with the generals sent and the ones coming back on their own..that would make rebuilding them that much easier.

    I would also like to be able to move the garrison window out of the way or shrink it abit so when I need to use the retreat button I can also see where my general is...

    Also...would it be possible to expand the mail window...

    and guild storage, so that the guilds can hold lotteries and such without it all going into one members storage to be given to new players or lotto games...

    Sons of the Veldt needs better loot and/or another loot spot (3-player gives it a quick 50% loot boost). A third player and a 2nd expert slot would bring it almost balanced.

    Suggestions for existing game and expansion:

    A few Suggestionsfor The Settlers Online

    Make a “Buff Me” flag for tracking Buffs and indicating to other players what building needs buffing and in what priority Buffs should be done.

    Display the Timer Bars for both initiating players’ and invited players’ General(s) travel times on the on-screen Adventure Tab and Quest Log (Quest Book).

    Allow trading of all items in the game (between players and in the Trade Tab) including decorations, towers, etc.

    Allow trading of up-graded residences and other deeded buildings so that the up-graded status is not lost when a deed is exchanged.

    Provide a quick option in the Provision House to convert Overgrown Ruins, Stone Statues, Collapsed Walls, etc. to Marble and/or Granite.

    Provide a reasonably quick and easy 24 hour Buff option in the Provision House and/or make Buffs stackable on a building so that they add together in duration.

    Provide more Deposit drops or options in the Provision House to convert Deposits, especially for Mined Resources such as Coal, Copper, Iron,etc.

    Make Roads fit without interfering with potential placement of other structures such as buildings and decorations and provide an option for roads to be placed off of the grid system’s constraints.

    Fix the open area dead space in Sector 1 of the Home Island southwest of the Mayors House to allow placement of structures such as buildings and decorations there.



    A few Suggestionsfor Expansion of The Settlers Online

    If there is an expansion make it compatible with the existing game. If Player vs. Player is to be part of the expansion make it optional for both individuals and guilds to participate in without jeopardizing the existing game play or their home island.

    COMMENT: I have no interest in starting over after having spent so much time and money trying to progress to level 50 to be ready for an expansion. If Ubisoft makes the choice of forcing players into “the you must start over route” for an expansion they will be indicating that their profits matter more than their customers that play their games and I, for one, will rapidly lose interest in supporting such a choice indicating an unrestrained agenda of corporate greed!

    Improve chat by allowing users to create their own predefined channels:

    For example, people holding auctions would be better off holding auctions in a more private channel with vs. competing against the entire global chat.

    I think SkRiPtD read my mind. Specifically, I would love to see a "Friend Chat." A channel where all my friends can see what I type, and I can see what any of my friends type. The social aspect of this game is important, and it is increasingly hard to stay in touch with all the friends we make as we continue along in the game. This might be easier to implement than a full-blown flexible channel (just auto-iggie anyone not on a player's friends list ...), and would promote socialization. Might give the higher levels a nice vehicle for staying more active in the game.

    Thing Two:
    Dynamic Adventures. I'm going to try the 2-birds-one-stone thing here ... The guild quests have been discussed, and are not interesting in their current incarnation. Another topic is that the adventures are static. Once you figure out the formula, it's just "lather, rinse, repeat ..." How about: make a new "adventure" every week, something always different. Something that is hard enough that many players would need to cooperate to finish it within the time allowed. Make that the "guild quest". That has the potential to be a huge amount of fun, plus, the ones that turn out to be particularly popular might be morphed into new standard adventures ...

    Make 2 levels of contacts.

    1st level: 'Contact' access to island only. Cannot send trades or gifts.

    2nd level: 'Friends' access to island and can send trades or gifts.
