Error message started popping up on my screen the past 2 days

This is the message I started getting the past 2 days and the game completely locks up on me. Ive had to reset the game a few times to get it to work. Never did that before. "THE CLIENT WAS UNABLE TO LOAD A DATA FILE. DELETE YOUR BROWSER CACHE AND TRY AGAIN"

Please try clearing your cookies and cache from your internet history. Then check your browser to make sure that it is updated to the latest version.

If all else fails, try another web browser. We seem to have most success on Firefox at this moment.

i have been experiencing the exact same problem the last few days. i have cleared the cache--to no avail.

Ive been clearing my cache now on a daily basis as this keeps happening. I do use firefox and have updated to the latest version. The main issue i get now is I stay on the loading screen and it goes no further. I have to go back to main page and try login again.

I used to get this 3-4 times a day when i was using firefox. I would clear the cache and reload and it would work fine, later in the day (without closing the browser), i would click on the Garrison and wam same thing again. I got tired of clearing my cache and switched to IE9. So far i haven't had to clear it once. Between the cache and idle time out FF just wasn't working for me. It only seemed to happen on my Garrison too.

I am using firefox 7.0 and still not able to login the game today. It stays on the loading screen. It pops up with the same message to clear cache which ive done. Im going to reboot pc and try again if that does not work then I will try a different browser

Ok rebooted tried again. Stuck on login screen and decided to try internet explorer 9. Got the same msg about the client not being able to load data and to clear cache which I have already done so.
