Buffing Toolmaker causes Tools to evaporate occassionally.

Sometimes after I food-buff the 2nd Level Toolmaker, the tools it produces fail to appear in my toolcount. I just spent 7 minutes waiting for a Second-Level Toolmaker to produce 4 tools, and they never appeared in my toolcount.

Correction: ... after further consideration, it appears that the 2nd Level Toolmaker - buffed or unbuffed - is just not producing tools.
