Is the community in favor of a wipe?

Just out of curiosity, how many people would be in favor of a wipe at the end of closed beta?

I'm personally in favor of a wipe at the end of closed beta. Why? Well because I like a fresh start, especially when everyone is the same level racing for the top spot. And if find it lame that theirs already going to be level 40+ at the start of Open Beta. It will also draw more people in making it quite beneficial for the game itself.

Of course a wipe has its pros and cons, but do you think the cons out weight the pros?

Also as of now, there is no plan for a wipe!

This community is mature enough to have a serious topic going. There is no baiting people, you don't even have to respond just vote. I know that many fellow gamers share the same exact view as I do. A wipe is much more beneficial and healthier for the game in the long run.
 
I wanted to invite a few friends over but they said they don't want to cause theirs going to be a wipe, I told them there wont be one. They told me their still not coming because people are going to be at the top already. I didn't understand his point but I'm sure hes not the only one that shares that view.

There's a tried and true way around this. The current server (Zeus) won't be wiped but they'll probably just open a new server as well at launch. Folks that don't want the wipe keep on playing on the old one, folks that want to start anew start on the new one. (And if they allow it, folks with too much free time play on both, hehe)

This topic was already covered by the BB mods, in an earlier poll. Hence the decision on no wipe. It helps to read the forums and bring yourself up to speed when you're new

I see, well I browse the forums frequently and I have yet to come across that thread.
However, Lordebon is most likely right with the new server. I guess its a way to please both crowds if you please.
