Friend in Guild is not in list.

dynamite will not show up on my friend's list or on my guild page list either. He is there in chat and a member of our guild but I don't see his picture or name with the others. I figured it was a bug of some sort causing it.

Theres a difference between someone being in your guild and being a friend. You must not have him on your friends list still cause you are not friends, just members of the same guild. Send him a friend request and I'm sure he will reciprocate
