Post [Map Adventure] Dark Priests + Overview

    Dark Priests Island Map

    Overview of Dark Priests Island
    - - time allotted: 2 days
    solo or co-op(max 2 ppl)

Note: You will fight 3 leader camps, the swamp witch in the bone church, and then take the castle. Mind the wolves!

Arrive SW section of Island --
well below where shown on the above section of map -- (I used 3 generals) --

Proceed chronologically, if you wish, through the camps. These are numbered to approximate the German Wiki found here.

Warning: Be certain to check each camp's composition with the wiki, to ensure that you are using the correct troops for that camp's composition regardless of how it is numbered on the map. For example: I chose to hit camp3 first, then camp 2, then camp 1. Check twice, fight once. Plan the placement of your garrison(s) carefully as well as the routes you travel from camp to camp.

    What to expect:
    • Wolves. In the forest marked in red on the map. Do not send cavalry until you have taken them out with recruits. [I was able to slip by 2 of the wolf camps -- but took them out anyway for fun]
    • 3 boss/leader fights, all single wave -Ah, Skunk, we meet again. . .
    • Bone Church: Swamp Witch is in attendance. 2 waves [I used: 1) 89R | 20C --- 2) 100R | 100C]
    • Dark Castle: 2 waves [I used: 1) 135R --- 2) 25R | 175LB]

Prep: (approx) -- This is what I used. I went in solo. You may want to use other combinations that can be found in the German wiki and/or forums. Certainly I could have posted a line by line but if you are of a level where you are doing adventures, you already know how to use available resources (battle sims, German wiki, forums, etc.) and most likely prefer to fine tune your own approach and troop preferences.

Warning: Remember to check the min/max losses. You may use and/or lose more than the following:

    666 Recruits
    20 Cavalry
    50 Soldiers
    175 Longbows

Won each camp easily and well within the min/max losses.

Total troop losses (your losses will vary):

658 Recruits [324 to the camps/leader camps & 334 to the Stone Church and Dark Castle]
    20 Cavalry
    0 Soldiers
    0 Longbows

    Loot: (your loot will vary)

    200 granite
    300 marble
    1k bows
    1k bronze swords
    100 sausages
    500 meat

    XPs: 5665

    Enjoy the adventure,
    Pilot

Tip: There is a blue zone between leader 1 and the zone next to the dark castle. You can move there at the start and take out camp 4 and then leader 1 without having to deal with camps 1-3, 5 or any wolves at all.

For the Bone Church, I recommend the following...

    Wave 1: 15 Recruits, 50-52 Bowmen, 20 Cavalry.
    Wave 2: 45 Recruits, 81 Cavalry, 74 Longbowmen

Bowmen are cheaper than Recruits in settler and weapon cost (Rarely used and poorly valued Trade BSwords for a greater number of Bows.)

How do you move there? As far as I can tell, my general would walk near their camp, or can they not be attacked while moving?

Generals aren't attacked when simply moving.

Just finished this with my brother, here were my rewards:

Ended up loosing 330 recruits on my end. (I sent 190 cavalry to camp 6 and 180 to camp 9 helped limit losses.)
