laptop windows 7 trade windows and such

In the beginning I had no problems, didn't see any bugs that hadn't been reported, but as of the last couple days, I've had a problem with the trade window. I have the new mozilla which I use more than anything else, and I can't actually change the amounts that I try to trade due to the window not being high enough. I have tried expanding and using F11, but it doesn't work on w7, so i'm stuck trying to trade 400 hw for 400 coins, which doesn't happen. nor can i adjust the trade between friends, only accept. a move window option would surely clarify this issue. thanks.

Had this problem too using latest version of Firefox on a 10.1 inch notebook running Windows 7 starter. To get around this, I had to maximize the browser play area. Here's how I did it:

    1. Right Click to an empty space to the right of the Firefox tab (right of the + symbol). A checkbox list appears with "Menu Bar" at the top of the list.
    2. Uncheck all entries except for "Tabs on Top". Leave that the only one checked. An Orange pulldown menu also appears with "Firefox" label at the top left corner.
    3. Left Click on the Orange pulldown menu. You will see "Full Screen" 2 lines above "Exit".
    4. Left Click on "Full Screen". If this works, the Windows taskbar hides/goes down and Firefox hides/goes up. You now have a maximized play area.
The whole screen is now CEO (as if there's no browser there). Now when I bring up the Trade box, the slider is now visible together with the OK and Cancel buttons. You should now be able to trade.

Now, the annoying parts. If the mouse pointer hits the top edge of the screen, the Firefox tab goes back down and does not go back up unless you right-click on the empty space again and this time, left-click on the "Exit Full Screen Mode". Then you do over with Orange pulldown / Full Screen dance. Less annoying is the URL display in the bottom of the screen (black font on white background). Try to catch it with the pointer and it just switches left to right and back (Can't seem to make this disappear, but then I can trade so it's no big deal).

Because of the small screen, I also have the resolution on the highest setting (1024 x 600) available on this netbook.

    Hope this helps!

I did that, and disabled a couple-add ons too, but i don't like the idea of having to re-size and what not just to play a game a couple times a week. irritates the wife as well....

I am having what seems a similar problem with trading using Firefox as well. When I use "Add Offer" in the trade tab, the bottom portion of the trade window is cut off due to its location at the bottom of the screen. This cuts off access to the item amount scroll bar as well as the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons, and keeps me from trading. Resizing the window, refreshing the page, and relogging do not remedy the issue. When I use Safari as a browser, this problem does not occur.
