building menu box not sowing all

When I open a building window in all but basic the top of the menu box isnt showing so you cannot see the top row or title or the X to shut it down. Several of some of the other menus are doing this also they go up above the bar at otp of screen

I was having a problem similar to this on one of my laptops. There is 2 ways to work around this issue. First is to use F11 to go to full screen mode, 2nd is to go to your monitors display properties (right-click on desktop, then select "Personalize--the Display Settings) and make your screen show a larger work area. My laptop that was giving me problems will display the game properly at 1440 by 900. To adjust, just use the slider then click on the okay or apply button.
