Immortal Well

This one kinda sticks out like a sore thumb. I have a normal well placed that will not lose water. I've tried upgrading it to see if that fixed it but it didn't, it still stays at 1000 water. Now, I haven't tried destroying it yet cause I wanted to make sure it was indeed bugged, and since it is I think it would be best not to touch it yet so the programmers can see what parts of the code made it become immortal. On top of this bug I've also been getting a lot of bugs dealing with buildings licenses, where it would let me build more than the alloted amount or from time to time wouldn't count buildings (for those I made sure to bring the count to a proper amount and reload since it would mess up my other stuff like mines).

Anyway, has anyone else had the well problem yet? Also, if you (being devs/admins/etc.) want me to the destroy the well (if you feel you don't need the data from it, can get it after it's destroyed, or don't need the data) feel free to mail me in-game as I'm much more likely to see it.

Edit: And now after I've posted it the water count has started to go down on the well, not sure if someone fixed it or if it un-bugged itself somehow.

Another Edit: Actually, it seems that the bug is a bit different from what I first thought. The wells are losing water, but it's the WRONG wells losing it, so one seems to not be depleting at all, but it actually is depleting a different well, and this seems to be affecting several wells. I've also heard that this was a known bug for when several wells are touching, but it's also happening to a well that isn't touching another one.

I had a well stuck at "3" for hours, an it wasnt not producing so I finally just tore it down and put a wheat field where that well was.
